The occupation imposes new rules to release the body of Martyr Baha’ Alayan…and the family refuses
August 8, 2016

The father of Martyr Baha’ Alayan said on Monday that he Israeli police retreated from the agreement of releasing the body of Martyr Baha’ which has been detained in the occupation’s freezers since last October.

He explained: “The Israeli police decided to decrease the number of participants in the funeral to 20 persons only and conditioned them to bury the body in Herod’s Gate Cemetery and not in Lions Gate Cemetery as previously agreed.”

He added that the family refused the new rules and accused the police of delaying the release and playing with the feelings of the family when they don’t really intend to release the body and are in fact waiting for the court’s decision.
