The occupation extends the arrest of young Jerusalemite men and a woman
The Israeli judges extended the arrest of several Jerusalemite men and one woman for interrogation.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Dalal Abulhawa and her husband Khalil Abulhawa until 8/9/2016.
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge also extended the arrest of Adam Mahmoud, Anas Abu Asab, Yousef Hazeeneh, Khaled Sukhon, Mohammad Atyeh and Mohammad Suleiman until 29/9/2016 for sentencing; Mohammad Abu Jom’a until 8/11/2016, Abed Abu Saymeh until 20/9/2016 and Ahmad Mahmoud until 13/12/2016.
Lawyer Mahmoud also added that the District judge approved the appeal submitted by the public prosecution regarding the releasing of Abdel Hakim Suboh and extended his arrest until Thursday. The judge also extended on Tuesday Mohammad Al-Razem and Mahmoud Mona until 7/9/2016 and Ahmad Rabay’a until Thursday; note that an indictment was submitted against Rabay’a to the District Court.
The judge sentenced the minor Raed Abu Sara for a suspended probation of 3 months and an 1800-NIS fine.
