Sentencing a child…extensions of arrest…releases
The judge sentenced he child Sami Asi for 5 months of actual imprisonment and a 3-thousand NIS fine in addition to a suspended probation of 4 months for two years.
Extensions of arrest
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge extended the arrest of Qusai Dari, Nidal Ghanem and Majd Ahmad until 26/10/2016, Akram Mustafa until 6/10/2016 and Ahmad Za’tari until 27/9/2016; the conditions of detaining him inside an internal institution were not changed.
The judge also extended the arrest of Eyad Julani from Shu’fat refugee camp until 15/9/2016; Hamed Obeid, Shadi Mheisen, Dalal Abulhawa and Naser Ibrahim until 11/9/2016, Ahmad Rabay’a until 26/9/2016, Anas Aqra’ until 10/10/2016 and Mohammad Hmeideh until 18/9/2016.
Releases
The judge decided to release Adam Obeid unconditionally and Khalil Abulhawa on condition of house-arrest for 5 days while Abdel Hakim Suboh was released with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for two weeks and a ban on using Facebook.
In the same context, Louai Bader was released with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail while Mohammad Shawish was released on conditions of house-arrest for three days and a third-party bail.
