Three young Jerusalemite men turn themselves-in to serve their prison sentences…extensions of arrest

Three young Jerusalemite men turned themselves-in on Sunday to serve their prison sentences after spending various durations under house-arrest.

Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that three Jerusalemites turned themselves-in to serve their sentences. They are: Mohammad Ahmad Dari (15) from the village of Esawyeh, Rushdi Amin Shweiki (21) and Naser Jamal Siam (22). Their sentences are 4 months, 8 months and 6 months respectively.

The forces also arrested Amro Abu Arafeh.

On the other hand, lawyer Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the child Mohammad Joudeh Ja’bari until 28/9/2016 and Majd Ahmad until 20/9/2016.

The judges also extended the arrest of the child Omar Ishtay until 14/10/2016 for sentencing, Mohammad Ammouri and Mahmoud Abu Sneineh until 30/10/2016, Mustafa Abu Hummos until 5/12/2016 (witnesses hearing session), Mustafa Mustafa until 25/9/2016. The judge allowed the child Sultan Khweis to go to school and extended the arrest of Omar Burqan and Mohammad Yaghmour until 6/10/2016.

The lawyer added that the judge extended the arrest of Mus’ab Atrash and Mohammad Rubin Joulani until 20/9/2016, Mohammad Hmeid until 25/9/2016, Salman Natsheh until 23/9/2016, Mohammad Abu Khdeir and Yehya Abu Khdeir until 30/10/2016.
