Arrests…sentencing a child…conditional releases…extensions of arrest
The occupation forces arrested on Sunday early morning 5 Jerusalemites from the village of Al-Tur.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested Mohammad Nabil Abu Diab 21, Louai Issa Satleeh 19, Mohammad Jaber Abbasi 16, Majd Kamal Al-A’war 16 and Jibreel Abdel Min’em Al-A’war 15.
The forces also arrested Maher Abu Sneineh, one of Al-Aqsa guards, after raiding his home in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Prison sentence
The judge sentenced Awad Salaymeh for 6 months and one day in prison, a suspended probation of 7 months for three years and a 2000-NIS fine.
Extensions of arrest
On the other hand, the judge extended the arrest of Mahmoud Khatib until 9/11/2016, Mahmoud Naser until 14/11/2016, Rida Obeid until completing the legal procedures against him, Mohammad Hazeeneh until 19/10/2016, Wajih Sbitan and Mahmoud Mona until 16/10/2016, Odai Sha’er and Joudeh Abu Jom’a until 18/10/2016, Izz Eddin Musbah Abu Sbeih until 20/10/2016 and Haitham Aweidah until 25/10/2016; an indictment was submitted against Aweidah including charges of incitement on Facebook.
Releases
The judge decided to release Riyad Karawi with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 6 days and a third-party bail while Karim Hawari was released on conditions of house-arrest for 15 days and a third-party bail.
In the same context, Mohammad Khweis was released with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and a third-party bail.
Ali Harhash was released unconditionally while Sheikh Rani Abu Sbeih was released with a third-party bail.
The judge also decided to release Louai Jaber and Mo’men Gheith with a personal bail of 15 thousand NIS, a third-party bail and deportation from the Old City of Jerusalem.
He also released Yousef Mustafa, Adam Mustafa, Abdullah Abu Asab, Khaled Abu Ghosh, Saleh Abu Asab and Raed Darwish with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and a third-party bail for each; they are allowed to go to their schools during house-arrest.
