Arresting a child…extending the arrest of the brother of Martyr Shyoukhi and the son Martyr Abu Sbeih
The occupation forces arrested 17-year old Safir Tahan after raiding his house in the neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud, Silwan.
On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Shyoukhi, brother of Martyr Ali Shyoukhi, until 19/10/2016. The District court refused the appeal submitted by the lawyer against extended the arrest of Izz Eddin Abu Sbeih, son of Martyr Musbah Abu Sbeih, and extended his arrest until next Thursday.
Extending the arrest of children
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Majd Al-A’war until 20/10/2016, Mohammad Jaber Abbasi and Jibreel Al-A’war until 19/10/2016 and Mahmoud Khatib until completing the legal procedures against him.
Extending the arrest of young men
The judge also extended the arrest of Ayman Kurd until 20/10/2016 after a prosecutor’s permit was submitted in order to file an indictment against him at the District court. Kurd stabbed two Israeli policemen in the area of Herod’s gate in Jerusalem and was paralyzed after being shot.
The judge also extended the arrest of Saleh Sabah and Mohammad Abu Diab until 20/10/2016; Mohammad Musa Abbasi, Wasim Sbitan, Mahmoud Mona and Louai Satleeh until 19/10/2016.
Also, the judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Shawish until 25/10/2016 and the lawyer appealed the decision; a session was scheduled on 18/10/2016.
Maher Abu Sneineh was arrested under the pretext of holding a picture of Martyr Musbah Abu Sbeih in a football field and the judge extended his arrest until 19/10/2016.
Releases
The judge decided to release Obada Sharabati with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail.
