Arrests in the villages of Esawyeh and Silwan…extensions of arrest
The occupation forces arrested on Wednesday early morning 13 Jerusalemites from the villages of Esawyeh and Silwan in Jerusalem.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested Mousa Odeh (17), Majd Yousef Obeid (17), Hussam Samih Alayan (16), Adham Naser Sabta (17), Nadim Mohammad Zahra (17), Odai Samer Abu Tayeh, Mohammad Ahmad Abbasi, Mahmoud Abu Nab, Mohammad Abu Nijmeh, Mahmoud Abu Nijmeh, Amir Abu Nijmeh, Omar Abu Khater and Mohammad Daqqaq.
On the other hand, lawyer Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the child Safir Tahan until Wednesday (19/10/2016), Mohammad Qaroot until Thursday, Mohammad Shalabi and Khaled Melhes until 28/10/2016.
The public prosecution submitted indictments against Odai Al-Sha’er and Joudeh Abu Jom’a and the judge extended their arrest until Thursday.
The District Court refused the appeal submitted by lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud against the decision of extending the arrest of Ahmad Shawish and the judge kept it as is until 25/10/2016.
The judge also decided to release Adam Sayyad with a 1500-NIS bail and house-arrest for 7 days.
