Extensions of arrest…releases

The occupation judges extended on Wednesday the arrest of several young Jerusalemite men and children.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Samer Mahmoud (15), Shaker Amjad Mustafa (18), Abdel Fatah Abu Syameh (16), Mohammad Ala’ Mahmoud (17) and Fadi Thaher until 18/6/2017; Rami Barakat until 15/6/2017; Mus’ab Mheisen and Mousa Abu Ghannam until 19/10/2017; Mohammad Dar Taha until 19/7/2017; and Munir Mheisen until 14/9/2017.

The judge extended the arrest of the minors Ali Khayat, Omar Salhab and Ahmad Zaghal until 16/6/2017; a prosecutor’s permit was filed in order to submit indictments against them.

The judge also extended the arrest of Ihab Hadreh and Mohammad Ajloni until completing the legal procedures against them.

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge decided to release Yehya Ajloni with a 500-NIS bail and house-arrest for 5 days but the police requested to freeze the decision until appealing it. 

Also, the judge decided to release the child Majd Sa’eedeh with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest and deportation from his residency in Wadi Al-Joz for 5 days; the police appealed the decision.

In the same context, the judge decided to release Mohammad Abu Nab with a 4-thousand NIS bail, house-arrest and a 10-thousand NIS third-party bail.
