Arrests from the village of Issawiya…and expelling 4 of the Islamic Endowments Department from Al-Aqsa Mosque
On Friday, the occupation forces arrested three Jerusalemites from the village of Issawiya and summoned a boy for investigation, and expelled 4 employees of the Islamic Endowments Department from Al-Aqsa for periods between 3-6 months.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center learned that the occupation forces had arrested the two brothers, Ali and Younes Sufian Obeid, and Yazan Imran Obeid, "who was arrested several days ago and released on Thursday."
The intelligence services summoned Mohammad Jad Al-Kharouf, 14, as explained by the center's lawyer for minors, Mohammad Mahmoud.
On the other hand, the occupation authorities expelled four employees of the Islamic Endowments Department from Al-Aqsa, they are: Hiba Sarhan (a guard of Al-Aqsa Mosque) for 5 months, Bilal Awadallah from the Fire Department for a period of 4 months, Imad Abdeen from the Fire Department and Emran Al-Ashhab from the Maintenance Department, for a period of 3 months.
The occupation forces arrested them last Saturday while they were working in Al-Aqsa Mosque, after a policeman attempted to storm the Dome of the Rock mosque through the door designated for women, and released them after detaining them for several hours and expelling them from Al-Aqsa for a week. On Friday, they received new expulsion orders.
