Arrests from the village of Issawiya in Jerusalem
On Thursday, the occupation forces executed arrests from the village of Issawiya in Jerusalem.
Intelligence forces, accompanied by special forces and police, stormed the village of Issawiya, and carried out arrests of young men and women.
The forces arrested: Mu'tasim Obeid and his brother Mohammad, Yazan Bassam Obeid, Amir Khader Obeid, Rawhi al-Jayar, Mohammad Hamza Obeid and Mohammad Marwan Obeid.
On Wednesday afternoon, the occupation forces stormed the village and arrested Mohammad Obeid and his brother Akram.
In the late evening, the Issawiya village witnessed violent confrontations, and the wastewater vehicle stormed the village and sprayed water towards the houses, which led to the shattering of windows and the wastewater to go through the windows into the locals’ homes. They also sprayed wastewater towards the vehicles, and the forces randomly fired grenades and rubber bullets into the village.
The town of Silwan also witnessed clashes between the occupation forces and youths in the Ein al-Lozeh neighborhood, and the forces closed the road and fired bombs in the area, and arrested a young man after assaulting him.
The forces also stormed the house of Ka’kour family to arrest Mohammad, who was not at the house at the time, so he turned himself in for investigation.
