Arresting 3 Palestinians from the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah
The occupation forces arrested 3 Palestinians from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, stated that the occupation forces arrested Omar al-Khatib, Mahmoud al-Kurd - who is threatened with expulsion from his home in the neighborhood - and a young woman, and assaulted them with beating and shoving.
The occupation forces closed the streets of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and sprayed wastewater towards the youths to disperse their gathering, and the forces deliberately pushed away the young men as soon as they chanted chants.
The forces pursued the youths towards the main streets of the neighborhood, after forcibly removing them from the internal streets.
The forces prevented residents of the neighborhood from reaching their homes with their vehicles.
A girl was wounded in the head, while the forces pushed the protestors.
The threat of eviction threatens 4 families from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, "Al-Kurd, Iskafi, Al-Ja’ouni, and Al-Qasim", for the benefit of the settlers.
