Undercover units infiltrate massive day of Palestinian protest in Jerusalem

38 Palestinians were arrested in Jerusalem by Israeli forces during yesterday's confrontations, including many minors and children. Dozens were injured by rubber bullets and severe asphyxiation due to tear gas. Israeli troops were backed up by undercover units, who infiltrated neighborhoods and camps throughout the city. Shuafat Camp witnessed violent clashes, which were intensified due to undercover units' involvement. Meanwhile in Silwan, clashes were sustained throughout the day and continued into the night in Baten al-Hawa district. Undercover units were also active in the area.
