Abu Tor, as most of the other countrysides in Jerusalem, has a noticeable police presence. One woman from the group, said,"an Israeli police officer stopped us when we were distributing flyers for the exhibition, and a member of the police interrogated us about the subject of the flyer" The group emphasized that the objective of this exhibition is to highlight the Palestinian heritage in the community, and to present it to foreigners. The women expressed their hope that the coming year will be better.
