A solidarity stand with the food striking prisoners
The locals of Silwan organized on Friday a solidarity stand with the food striking prisoners in the Israeli prisons in front of the Solidarity tent in the city
Dyring the the protest they carried big posters that held photos of the prisoners and they shouted statements that encourage the bravery of these prisoners and as well demanding to take care of their rights immediately
They asked form the Palestinian leaders and the International rights' organizations to work hard to save the lives of the prisoners who has been striking over food for the last few months, saying they don't need statements they need practical steps
The locals condemned what is happening with the prisoner from Jerusalem Samer al Essawi and his family during the trial in the Magistrate court and they sent him a message of saluting from Silwan
