Police Arrested a Palestinian Accused of Attempted Stabbing of an Israeli in Jerusalem
On Monday (4th Feb) Israeli police arrested a Palestinian man accusing him of attempting to stab a religious Israeli at Masrara market, Jerusalem. Israeli police sources say the accused escaped and the Israeli was unharmed. After a search a man was arrested on Sultan Ibrahim's street.
After Israeli forces and special units surrounded the scene, they raided a mobile store, arresting owner Muhannad al Rashak. He was taken to the scene of the incidence and held before release.
The forces also raided the stores of Salaime, checking their cameras. One officer confiscated recordings. Before leaving, they signed a paper saying they took the camera and told the owner that they will call back to return it.
