Demolition of the balcony of Abu Sneineh Family House in Silwan
Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished the balcony of a house owned by Lawyer Tawfiq Abu Sneineh in Al-Thori on Tuesday Morning under the pretext of building without a permit. Lawyer Mohammad Abu Sneineh- the owner's son- clarified that Israeli forces along with Israeli bulldozers raided and surrounded their house and demolished a 30 square meter balcony which was built since 1998. Abu Sneineh added that the family tried to obtain a building permit since the construction of the balcony noting that it is not roofed and is only used a front terrace for the house but the municipality refused to give them alicense, pointing out that his fatherhad already paid 100 thousand NIS in violation fees.
