Several children were injured; one youth was arrested in Al-Tur
Several Jerusalemites suffered burns and suffocated during some clashes between the Israeli forces and some young men in Al-Tur. During the clashes,the police arrested 20 year old Mustafa Abulhawa who was taken for investigation. Hatem Khweis, spokesman of Parents’ Committees Federation in east Jerusalem Schools, said that among the injured are 7 children from Al-Tur Elementary school as the clashes coincided with the exit of the kids from school; sound and gas bombs were randomly fired which led to the suffocation of some kids and some burns caused by the bombs’ fragments.
