Four Young men from Shu’fat Refugee Camp were sentenced to Actual Imprisonment….And Extensionof Arrest for Two Youths and a Child
The District Court sentenced on Monday 4 young men from Shu’fat refugee camp for actual imprisonment and extended the arrest of two youths and a child from Silwan. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud from Al Dameer organization said that the District Court sentenced Fadi Zaki Saed, 22, Rabee’ Naji Saed, 19, Mohammad Omar Anati, 23 for actual imprisonment of 40 months, while Mahmoud Naser Da’ajneh, 22, was sentenced for actual imprisonment of 30 months. Mahmoud Nasser’s Father said that the public prosecution charged the 4 young men with throwing Molotov’s in Shu’fat refugee camp and in the French Hill settlement, pointing out that they were arrested last November and were investigated in the 20-Cells in Al-Maskobyeh. In a related matter, the District Court extended the arrest of Mohammad Mousa until June 4th, 2013 and Amin Abbasi, 33, until the 22nd of the current month; it also extended the arrest of the child Tarek Odeh.
