Extending the arrest of 4 Jerusalemites and the release of another

The Israeli Magistrate court extended on Sunday the arrest of 4 Jerusalemites and released another with a bail and on condition of house arrest. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Israeli court extended the arrest of 14-year old boy Laith Husseini and 19-year old Ishaq Gheith until Wednesday on charges of throwing stones, knowing that they were arrested after raiding their homes in Shu’fat refugee camp. Mohammad added that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Obeid from Esawyeh until next Sunday to continue investigating him knowing that he is being investigated in Al-Maskobyeh cells. The General Prosecution submitted on Sunday to the Magistrate court a permit from an attorney general to submit an indictment against Ibrahim Abu Sara which includes throwing stones, and the judge extended his arrest until next Tuesday. The Magistrate court judge released Ata Abdelqader with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for 5 days.
