A group of Rabbis break into Al-Aqsa….settlers celebrate in Silwan
Forty two settlers broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday morning through Dung gate on the occasion of the so-called “Hebrew New Year”. Witnesses said that forty two settlers broke into Al-Aqsa through Dung gate under heavy protection from the police. They were in the form of groups where one group consisted of 25 settlers including Rabbis who were wearing the “Temple’s” clothes. Witnesses added that the police let them in through Dung gate and let them out through Al-Silsileh gate without finishing their usual tour in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa. In a related matter, Israeli forces raided Wadi Hilweh playground that belongs to Madaa Silwan Creative Center, and then withdrew from the playground and spread all around the neighbourhoods to secure the settlers’ movement who travel to Ein Silwan to celebrate the “Hebrew New Year”.
