Extending the arrest of 5 Jerusalemites arrested on Monday along with an ill young man

The Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of three Jerusalemites from Esawyeh on Monday, and the police extended the arrest of two young men from Jabal Al-Mukabber until Tuesday. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli police extended the arrest of 22-year Ahmad Wisam Salem Aweisat and his 18-year old brother Mahmoud until Tuesday knowing that the police called them for investigations in “Jabal Al-Mukabber police station” and then transferred them to Al-Maskobyeh where their arrest was extended to continue investigating them on charges of throwing stones. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of minor Mohammad Haitham Mahmoud as well as young man Mohammad Ibrahim Obeid until Tuesday, while minor Jalal Naser will be detained until Wednesday; note that the Israeli forces arrested them from their homes in Esawyeh. Extending the arrest of an ill young man The District court postponed the hearing session of 17-year old Mahmoud Amjad Jaber from Shu’fat refugee camp until 02/12/2013. Mahmoud’s mother explained that her son is sick and is still suffering from the injury he suffered in Al-Aqsa Mosque incidents on 08/03/2013 as he was arrested two weeks after the injury while he was still being treated. She pointed out that he got injured with a rubber bullet in his head which caused him a concussion and bleeding in addition to being hit with a sound bomb in his leg. Mahmoud’s mother appealed for the Ministry of Prisoners Affairs, Palestinian Prisoner’s Club and the legal and human organizations to quickly interfere to treat her son noting that he is detained in Megiddo prison.
