The occupation forces broke into the neighbourhood of African community near Al-Nather Gate –one of Al-Aqsa Mosque gates- on Tuesday morning and assaulted the residents and sprayed them with pepper gas. Naser Qos, director Prisoner’s Club in Jerusalem, explained that a large Israeli force broke into the neighbourhood around 8 a.m. to arrest a young man. As a result, clashes broke out between the forces and the residents and the forces broke into several houses and sprayed the residents, including women and children, with pepper gas. The Israeli forces then arrested 22-year old Mouayad Salaymeh after assaulting and severely beating him inside the African Community alley.
