The arrest of two boys from Bab Hutta
The Israeli forces raided on Sunday night the house of Amer Is’eed in the neighbourhood of Bab Hutta in the old city of Jerusalem and arrested both of his sons; 13-year old Othman and 15-year old Obaida. Amer Is’eed explained that a large Israeli force that included personnel from the borders police, Special Forces, masked forces and intelligence suddenly raided his home on Sunday night. They searched all of the rooms and the outside garden and messed with the furniture and contents of the house. They also arrested his two sons Othman and Obaida. At the beginning, they were transferred to Salah Eddin Police station and then onto “room 4” in Al-Maskobyeh. Is’eed pointed out that the Israeli forces assaulted him, his sons and his brother Yaser and severely beat them during the execution of the inspection and arrest. Is’eed noted that his son Obaida was released only ten days ago from Hasharon prison after spending 5 months in the Israeli prisons and Othman was recently arrested for 24 hours.
