November 18, 2013

The 40-year old citizen Majdi Hirbawi got injured this morning with wounds and bruises after several Jewish extremists attacked and assaulted him while passing by in one of the streets of West Jerusalem. Majdi narrated to Wadi Hilweh Information Center what happened with him saying: “I was heading to work in West Jerusalem. When I entered the intersection of “Bar Elan” Street, I saw hundreds of Jewish extremists burning the garbage and when I stopped at the traffic light, they quickly approached me and chanted “Arabian…Arabian”. They started throwing stones towards me in which some of them were big rocks and directly hit my face and caused me to bleed; they also broke the front and back windshields of my car.” Hirbawi added: “I quickly left the area and headed to Al-Maqased Hospital and then onto Al-Maskobyeh where I filed a claim against the assaulters.”
