The judge released 28-year old Issa Mousa Khars with a 1000-NIS bail who was arrested nearly two weeks from his store “Quality Net” in Ras Al-Amood and also released 34-year old Maher Salhab with a 4000-NIS bail and third-party bail. Al-Hajj added that the police released 19-year old Mahmoud Samir Jundi from the old city on Thursday after he was detained for 3 months and one day. He was detained in Al-Maskobyeh for 30 days and was investigated on charges of throwing stones and the court offered him to work in public service for four months but he refused. Al-Hajj pointed out that a hearing session was held on Thursday for 18-year old Mustafa Mujahed at the Magistrate court to read the indictment submitted against him and the case was postponed until 27/11/2013; note that he was arrested during the Al-Aqsa incidents on 06/09/2013 with 18-year old Ahmad Natsheh who was put on house arrest.
