The arrest of a man and a woman from Al-Aqsa
The Israeli police arrested a man and a woman on Monday morning. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the police arrested Diaa’ Othman, a teacher in Al-Aqsa (Masateb), while he was on top of the Dome of the Rock and took him to Lions Gate. The forces, which were stationed at Al-Aqsa Gates, arrested one female student upon arrival at Lions Gate. The police isolated on Sunday the student Ala’ Abu Alhayja’ from Shafa Amro, teacher Hanadi Halawani and Zeina Amro from Al-Aqsa for 15 days; they also isolated three young men and they are: Saher Ghazawi, Akram Shurafa and Aziz Abbasi. The Israeli procedures towards Al-Aqsa students come just few days before the Jewish holiday “Hanukkah” where several Israeli groups have called for group break-ins to Al-Aqsa starting on Thursday and for a whole week.
