Extending the arrest of 5 minors and two young men
The Magistrate court extended the arrest of 5 minors and two young men for few days. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Magistrate court extended the arrest of 13-year old Adel Mahmoud until Tuesday on charges of throwing stones; note that he was arrested on Sunday night from Esawyeh. He added that the court extended the arrest of the two brothers; Basel and Ibrahim Abu Sneineh, until the 26th of December, 2013. Mahmoud and Shahin Alyan were also presented to court and a sentencing session was scheduled on the 6th of February, 2014; note that the court released them on condition of house arrest and a bail. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the court extended the arrest of Ahmad Mheisen until next Wednesday on charges of throwing stones in the village of Esawyeh; note that he was arrested on Sunday night. The court also extended the arrest of 13-year old Obaida and his 15-year old brother, Othman, until Thursday. The Israeli forces arrested them on Sunday early morning hours after raiding their home in the neighbourhood of Bab Hutta in the old city of Jerusalem.
