Extending the arrest of 3 Jerusalemites and releasing 4 others
The Magistrate court judge extended on Thursday the arrest of three Jerusalemites and the District court judge released 4 others. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of Shadi Labban as the general prosecution submitted an indictment against him on Thursday that included charges of throwing stones at Al-Aqsa, and the defense lawyer appealed the evidence which caused the decision to be postponed one day. He added that the judge extended the arrest of Salman Abu Sbitan and Seif Abu Jom’a until Sunday to submit an indictment against them for throwing stones. The lawyer added that the District court judge released 16-year old Raed Murrar from Esawyeh with a bail of 7500 NIS and conditions of house arrest and isolating him to the village of Jabal Mukabber; note that he was arrested a month ago and was charged with throwing stones and Molotov cocktails. The Israeli police released Ahmad Hadeeb with a bail of 500 NIS, and also released Mohammad Abu Sbitan and Mahdi Abu Sbitan without any conditions. Ziad Hidmi from the Global Movement for the Defense of Children said that the Magistrate court judge released Amir Tamimi with a 3000-NIS bail and house arrest for 10 days.
