Extending the arrest of three young men and releasing five others

The Magistrate court judge extended on Sunday the arrest of three Jerusalemites and the police released eight others on Saturday and Sunday. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of Daoud and Islam Al-A’war until Wednesday on charges of throwing stones and Molotov cocktails; note that they were arrested on Sunday early morning hours after raiding their homes in the neighbourhood of Ein Al-Lozeh in Silwan. The judge also extended the arrest of Tarek Bkeirat until next Sunday but the lawyer Mohammad submitted an appeal in the District court and a session should be held on Monday to discuss the appeal. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Magistrate court judge decided to release 14-year old Eyad Assileh on condition of house arrest for 5 days and banning him from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque. Also, Mohammad Assileh and Mohammad Salaymeh were released without any conditions; note that they were arrested on Saturday afternoon while walking in Al-Wad Street. The police released on Saturday Omar Sharif, Eyad Abu Asab, Ahmad Badawyeh, Salah Sharifeh and Ahmad Odeh; note that they were all arrested after exiting Al-Aqsa Mosque.
