A march in the streets of Jerusalem
A peaceful march took place in the streets of Jerusalem to condemn the Martyrdom of Martyrs Mu’taz Washha and Jihad Tawil. The march which was organized by the “Jerusalemite Youth Movement” initiated from Damascus Gate and headed towards Sultan Suleiman Street, Harrods Gate, Salah Eddin Street and Al-Zahra Street and went back to Damascus Gate and then to Al-Aqsa Mosque. During the march, the Israeli forces (Cavalry and Special units) suppressed the participants and chased them in the streets of Sultan Suleiman and Salah Eddin. They assaulted some of the participants and pushed and beat them as well as assaulting the journalists. Despite this, the participants continued their march until they went back to Damascus Gate and then to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
