Extensions of arrest and releases
The Magistrate court judge extended on Sunday the arrest of three children from Silwan. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the public prosecution submitted on Sunday a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against Salim Tawil and the children Ibrahim Yamani and Mohammad Zuheikeh and extended their arrest until 17/06/2014. The judge sentenced on Sunday Ibrahim Bayya’ for actual imprisonment of 5 months on charges of throwing stones. The police released on Saturday the 13-year old Mohammad Abu Sbeih, 16-year old Saleh Sandouka, Amer Mohammad Abbasi, Mohammad Abu Susheh, Hamzeh Salhyeh, Yazan Jundi, Amer Husari and Mohammad Abbasi; note that they were arrested on Friday while they were leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque. It is noteworthy that the forces arrested the 14-year old child Hamzeh Basem Hijazi on Friday night.
