Settlers attack the locals of Sheikh Jarrah and the police arrest one young man
A group of settlers attacked the locals of Sheikh Jarrah in Jerusalem and sprayed them with pepper spray and beat them. Locals said that Israeli forces arrived at the neighborhood and protected the settlers and joined them in assaulting the locals and then arrested Hani Sabbagh; Ahmad Sabbagh, Yousef Abu Shusheh and a child were also injured during the assault. The locals explained that the settlers threw stones at the Jerusalemites’ cars and house and were protected by the police.
