The Israeli forces assault the female Marabouts and prevent them from entering Al-Aqsa
The Israeli forces assaulted the female Marabouts while being at Al-Aqsa Gates after they were denied entrance to Al-Aqsa Mosque. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli police stationed at Al-Aqsa Gates closed the gates of Al-Ghawanmeh, Qataneen and Al-Hadeed while the rest of the gates only allowed men to enter on condition of leaving their IDs at the gates and prevented women of all ages from entering. The women explained that they tried to enter through all the gates and were gathered near the gates but the police pushed and assaulted them until they reached Lions Gate; note that the forces suppressed the women gathering near Al-Silsileh and Al-Majles Gates and in Al-Wad Street. The Marabouts added that the forces directly assaulted five women as one of them was hit on her face and had her veil taken off. Another was hit with a sharp object on her chest by one soldier and the forces took off the veil off the head of a third female.
