Assaulting a young man in Silwan using an electric gun
The Israeli forces arrested on Thursday night one young man from Silwan after assaulting and beating him. Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s staff said that the Israeli forces established a checkpoint in the street of Ein Al-Lozeh-Maragha Road, and randomly stopped cars and provoked the locals and checked their IDs. The forces stopped the car of the young man and then assaulted him on his shoulder using an electric gun and then arrested him despite being hurt and in pain. On the other hand, settlers threw a Molotov cocktail on Thursday night at the house of Mustafa Salfiti in Al-Saraya neighborhood in the Old City of Jerusalem and no injuries were recorded; note that the house is surrounded by settlement outposts.
