The Israeli authorities prevent thousands from performing the Dawn and Noon Prayers in Al-Aqsa on Friday
The Israeli forces prevented thousands of Palestinians from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday to perform the Dawn and Noon Prayers on the second Friday of Ramadan. The police prevented those under the age of 50 from entering Al-Aqsa since the Dawn Prayer and carried-out the prevention until the Noon Prayer. The forces established iron barriers in the streets of Jerusalem and at the entrances of Al-Aqsa Mosque and all the roads leading to it. Thousands of Palestinians performed the Friday Noon Prayer in the streets of the city of Jerusalem despite the heavy presence of Israeli forces. Prayers were held at the outside of Dung Gate, Ras Al-Amoud, Damascus Gate, Salah Eddin Street, and Al-Musrara and at Al-Aqsa Gates.
