Extending the arrest of nine Jerusalemites and releasing eleven others

The Magistrate court judge extended on Friday the arrest of nine Jerusalemites and released eleven others with financial bails and other conditions. Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Hatem Shweiki until 24/07/2014 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report and discuss the possibility of releasing him with a bail and house arrest conditions; note that an indictment was submitted against him on Friday. The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Abu Ter, Karim Abu Ter and Ihab Abu Ter until Sunday. The lawyer added that the judge released Baker Mughrabi with a third-party bail of 10 thousand NIS, and also released Hasan Abu Khdeir, Saeed Abu Ta’a and Mohammad Abu Khdeir with a third-party bail of five thousand NIS. The judge also released Mohammad Qneibi, Mohammad Sarhan, Tamer Sarhan and Mansour Shweiki with a bail of 500 NIS and a third-part bail of 5 thousand NIS and house arrest for 7 days. Tamer Obeid, Ahmad Atef Obeid were also released with a third-party bail and house arrest for 10 days while Abdullah Julani was released with a bail and house arrest. The Magistrate court judge had lately extended the arrest of Majd Halayqa and Mohammad Shafiq until Sunday, and extended the arrest of Naser Abu Sbeih, Khaled Abu Sneineh and Mohammad Abu Mayaleh until 23/07/2014 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report and discuss the possibility of releasing him with a bail and house arrest conditions.
