The release of Ali Abu Diab…extensions and arrests
The administration of Nafha prison released on Sunday the 19-year old prisoner Ali Sabri Ibrahim Abu Diab. Abu Diab was arrested on 16/11/2012 during the Israeli war on Gaza Strip and was convicted of resisting and confronting settlers in Silwan; note that this was the fifth arrest for Abu Diab. On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud from Al-Dameer organization said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Shafiq Obeid until Tuesday in order to submit an indictment against him, and also extended the arrest of Ehab Abu Ter and Karim Abu Ter until Wednesday while Yousef Marrish will be detained until 27/07/2014 when the so-called conduct officer releases his report. The judge released on Sunday Mohammad Izz Eddin Abu Ter with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for five days.
