Extensions of arrest and releases
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of Hani Gheith until next Sunday; note that he is being interrogated in “Cells 20” at Al-Maskobyeh. The judge also extended the arrest of Baker Mughrabi, Khalil Abulhawa and Ali Barakeh until Wednesday. The judge released on Tuesday Mahmoud Yaser Abulhawa with a 500-NIS financial bail and house arrest for 5 days. He also released Mohannad Shalabi (minor), Anas Hallaq (minor), Ahmad Atef Obeid, Muhtadi As’ad, Suhaib Rajabi, Shaker Mustafa, Wasim Sroor and Nour Eddin Alayan with financial bails between 500-1000 NIS and house arrest for three days. The judge also released on Monday the student Abdulrahman Mushin with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for 5 days; note that he was arrested on Monday while heading to school in the neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud.
