The Israeli forces arrest two children from Al-Tur…extensions of arrest and releases
The Israeli forces arrested on Wednesday the 11-year old Mohammad Mahmoud Abulhawa and the 13-year old Mohammad Khaled Odeh Abu Sbitan while they were in Al-Tur. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the 17-year old Saleh Natsheh until 17/11/2014; note that he was arrested on Wednesday from the neighborhood of Beit Hanina and is being interrogated in Al-Maskobyeh cells. The judge also extended the arrest of Amer Zidani until 16/11/2014 and Rami Abu Gharbyeh until Friday; note that they were both arrested on Wednesday early morning. The judge released Ahmad Naser Odeh, Ibrahim Shweiki, Ahmad Abu Gharbyeh and Raed Ammouri with a third-party bail and house arrest for 4 days; note that Odeh and Shweiki were arrested on Wednesday early morning while Abu Gharbyeh and Ammouri were arrested last Monday. The judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Syouri until 26/11/2014 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report; an indictment was submitted against him. The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Za’atreh until Thursday. Lawyer Mahmoud challenged the evidence submitted against him and confirmed that he is sick. In a related matter, the police arrested Ala’ Rweidi while working by one of his relatives in Silwan. The soldiers who protect the settlers in the settlement outpost in the “Middle Neighborhood” came and questioned a 14-year old child as well as searching and undressing him. Afterwards, they took the child along with Ala’ to a detention point in Silwan and then released them 3 hours later with no conditions.
