Extensions of arrests and releases
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of the two minors Majed Taha and Yousef Au Rmeileh, and Mousa Dirbas and Tamer Obeid until next Monday, and Mohammad Al-Razem, Ihab Sarhan and Sharif Rajabi until Sunday. He also extended the arrest of Mohammad Zidan until 17/11/2014 to submit an indictment against him. The judge released Rami Abu Gharbyeh with a 1000-NIS financial bail, a third-party bail and house arrest for 5 days; note that a prosecutor’s permit was submitted to submit an indictment against him. The judge also decided to release Mohammad Saeed and Kayed Al-Rajabi with the same conditions mentioned above.
