Killing of Odai Abu Al-Jamal and his cousin Ghassan and the death 5 Israelis
The 27-year old Ghassan Mohammad Abu Al-Jamal and the 22-year old Odai Abed Abu Al-Jamal passed away on Tuesday morning after carrying out an attack on a Jewish synagogue in the village of Der Yassin in Jerusalem. The two young men broke into the synagogue and had knives and handguns and attacked the settlers. They killed five and injured 8 others. The occupation police said that they are checking to see how the two young men entered the synagogue and the religious institute attacked to it and how they were able to breach security. The Hebrew radio quoted witnesses and said that one of the two young men opened fire from a handgun he had while the other used axes and knives in the attack. In a related matter, the occupation Special Forces raided the houses of Ghassan and Odai arrested their family members and assaulted them. They also randomly fired sound and tear gas grenades and rubber bullets. Several family members suffocated and were injured with rubber bullets including the mother of Odai.
