Arrests…extensions of arrest…releases
The lawyer of Al-Dameer organization, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended on Wednesday the arrest of Qasem Hamideh, Mouawya Abu Al-Jamal (Ghassan’s brother) and Tala Eweisat until 27/11/2014; note that they are being confidentially interrogated after being arrested after the Der Yassin operation.
The judge also extended the arrest of Mahmoud Assaileh until 23/11/2014 on charges of “incitement” on Facebook, and extended the arrest of Mousa Dirbas until Thursday as a prosecutor’s permit had been submitted to submit an indictment against him.
The judge decided to release Tamer Obeid with a third-party bail and house arrest until Sunday, and also decided to release Amer Zidani with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for 14 days and a third-party bail.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed by the locals of the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber that the Israeli forces arrested Qasem Hamideh on Wednesday early morning after raiding the village.
