November 21, 2014

Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Israeli authorities froze on Friday night the procedures of demolishing the houses of the Martyrs Mutaz Hijazi and Ghassan and Odai Abu Al-Jala until Sunday morning at 10 a.m. after discussing the appeals submitted to the military prosecution. The lawyer explained that he as well as “Hamoked” institution will submit an appeal to the military rule against the demolition of the Martyrs’ family houses. The Israeli authorities had handed the family of Hijazi a demolition order last Wednesday night and the family of Abu Al-Jamal last Thursday.
