Transferring the case of the Martyrs’ Abu Al-Jamal bodies to the “police attorney general”
The lawyer of Al-Dameer organization, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Israeli public prosecution decided on Monday night to turn the case of the bodies of the Martyrs Ghassan and Odai Abu Al-Jamal to the attorney general of the police to make a decision regarding the release of the bodies. The lawyer explained that he submitted a “miniature resumption” against the police’s refusal to release the Martyrs’ bodies; note that they have been detaining the bodies for the seventh consecutive day. The prosecution decided to transfer the case to the attorney general of the police to make a decision.
