Al-Dameer organization denounces the claims of “Hamoked” during the hearing session of the petition against the decision to demolish the house of Hijazi
Al-Dameer organization represented by its lawyers Mohammad Mahmoud and Farah Bayadseh denounced on Monday night the claims of the lawyer of “Hamoked” Institution which was issued during the “appeal” session that was submitted against the demolition of the house of the family of the Martyr Mutaz Hijazi as the lawyer of “Hamoked” said that the Martyr opened fire at the Rabbi Yehuda Galik. The lawyers of Al-Dameer organization stressed on their strong opposition to the demolition of the Hijazi family house in the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan since the Israeli authorities did not give any clear evidence to prove that the Martyr Mutaz is the one who shot the Rabbi Galik. A session was held today at the Israeli Supreme Court to discuss the petition submitted by Al-Dameer and Hamoked organizations against the demolition of the Hijazi family house. During the session, the lawyer of Hamoked organization presented the pleading and claimed that Mutaz was the one who shot the Rabbi Galik.
