Extensions of arrest…releases

The Israeli police extended on Monday the arrest of Thaer Abu Sbeih until Tuesday; note that the Israeli Special Forces raided his house in Al-Wad Street and searched the entire house and took him for interrogation. Abu Sbeih family explained that their son suffers problems in his eye and had lately undergone a surgery and is supposed to undergo another surgery in the next few days. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended on Monday the arrest of Saed Najdi until Tuesday and released Rami Najdi and Yazan Najdi with a 1500-NIS bail, a 3500-NIS third-party bail and house arrest for three days for each. He also decided to release the two minors Hussam Alayan and Hussein Darwish on condition of house arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail of 2000 NIS; note that they were arrested on Monday early morning from Ras Al-Amoud and the village of Esawyeh. The lawyer added that the judge decided to extend the arrest of Mohammad Qneibi, Talal Eweisat and Qasem Hamdieh until 4/12/2014 and Ihad Hadreh until 7/12/2014. Extensions of arrest…releases (Sunday 30/11/2014) The Magistrate judge decided on Sunday to release Darwish Da’na, Abdelrahim Abbasi and Tarek Shweiki with a 500-NIS bail, a third-party bail of 2000 NIS and house arrest for 5 days for each. The public prosecution submitted an indictment against Hani Gheith to the Magistrate judge on Sunday and he decided to extend the arrest of Hani until 10/12/2014. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge also released Ahmad Eweisat and his brother Mohammad with a third-party bail and a bail of 3000 NIS.
