Sentencing one young man and extending the arrest of 7 Jerusalemites

The Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of seven Jerusalemites where most of them were minors and released two others with conditions. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended on Sunday the arrest of the minors Hashem Dweik and Mohammad Mustafa until 10/12/2014; note that they were arrested on Sunday early morning after raiding their house. The judge also extended the arrest of the minor Rashid Risheq until 23/12/2014 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report and discuss the possibility of releasing him with a bail and house arrest conditions. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended on Sunday the arrest of Ahmad Abu Ghazaleh and Ihab Hadreh until 11/12/2014 and Mouath Al-Razem and Ala’ Al-Razem until completing the legal procedures against them. The judge also released the minor Yazan Rajabi with a 500-NIS bail and house arrest for 7 days, and released the minors Ali Eweisat and Munther Eweisat with house arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail of five thousand NIS. In a related matter, the District court judge sentenced on Sunday Ayoub Ghrayeb for actual imprisonment of 6 and a half months and a suspended probation of four months for three years.
