The general prosecution submits an indictment against Mousa Ajloni who is accused of stabbing two soldiers….and releases
The general prosecution submitted on Sunday an indictment against the 21-year old Mousa Mohammad Ajloni to the District court. The indictment included charges of “attempt murder of two borders police personnel near Lions Gate police center in Jerusalem on 26/12/2015.” According to the indictment, the two soldiers were injured and Ajloni managed to run away but was then arrested on 2/1/2015 from Ramallah. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the District judge extended the arrest of his client (Ajloni) until 22/1/2015. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge decided to release Mahmoud Muna with a 1000-NIS bail, house arrest for 3 days and a 5-thousand NIS third-party bail. The Magistrate court also held a session last Sunday to Omar Abu Sara and the prosecution requested to extend the conditions of releasing him. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the police released on Sunday night the 14-year old Eyad Assaileh after arresting him on Sunday when he was walking near the area of Damascus Gate.
