Demolishing a residential apartment for Usama Dari in Esawyeh
The occupation municipality’s bulldozers demolished on Monday early morning a residential apartment that is under construction and is owned by Usama Ribhi Dari in the village of Esawyeh in Jerusalem. Mohammad Abu Hummos, member of the follow-up committee in the village of Esawyeh, explained that the occupation forces along with three bulldozers raided the village around 4 a.m. and surrounded the apartment of Usama Dari and then demolished it. Abu Hummos added that the demolition came without prior notice and pointed out that the apartment was still under construction; the apartment was 200 square meters. He noted that Dari started building 10 months ago but the occupation’s municipality prevented him from finishing the apartment under the pretext of “building without a permit.” In a related matter, clashes broke out between the occupation forces and the young men due to the demolition and the deployment of Israeli forces in the streets of the village.
