Releasing five Jerusalemites
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge decided on Friday to release Ahmad Al-Qaq, Mousa Odeh and his brother Naji with a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS and house arrest until Sunday. The lawyer added that the judge also decided to release the 16-year old Mohammad Abu Sneineh at 7 p.m. Friday with a third-party bail and house arrest for 5 days; note that he was arrested on Thursday night from the Old City of Jerusalem and the police requested to detain him for 4 days for interrogation. The judge also decided to release Shadi Zahdeh at 8 p.m. Friday; note that Zahdeh was arrested from Ben Gurion Airport as he was coming back from Turkey with his wife and was transferred to Al-Maskobyeh detention center.
